Venus, the money planet, is ready for a big goose on Tuesday, April 17, this month’s top Red Letter Trading day.

In its own sign of Taurus, Venus makes connections to two powerful planets as it involves money. First, Venus is opposite Jupiter at 3:00 am. This aspect is a culmination, with money’s expansiveness at an extreme.

Second, Venus is in an easy aspect with Pluto at 9:04 am, which provides considerable power and could supercharge Venus just as it gets expanded by Jupiter.

At 9:47 pm, Saturn turns retrograde in motion through September 5. Saturn is in its own sign of Capricorn and asks us to review, reconsider and reflect on the structure of business and government all the way from now through Labor Day.

Tuesday’s reports include:

  • TBD  China Industrial Production
  • 4:00 am  Italy CPI
  • 4:30 am  Great Britain Labour Market Report
  • 8:30 am  US Housing Starts
  • 9:15 am  US Industrial Production
