Midwest is drier in central and northeastern areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains yesterday improved moisture across eastern Iowa, and additional improvements are expected across central and southern Missouri. However, some dryness will likely linger in northern Missouri, west central Illinois, and western Iowa. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in central and northeastern areas. Temperatures are cooler in northwestern areas. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in southwestern areas. Temperatures are slightly warmer in eastern areas.

-Northern Plains/Prairies are wetter in the northern Plains and southwestern Prairies in the 11-15 day period. Showers across the northwestern Prairies through the weekend will further improve moisture for spring wheat. However, rains in the northern Plains will likely be too light to completely end dryness there. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in the northern Plains and southwestern Prairies. Temperatures are unchanged.
-Delta is wetter Monday. Rains over the next few days, and again in northern areas Monday and Tuesday, will help to further improve moisture for corn and soybean growth. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in northern areas. Temperatures are unchanged.
-Argentina is unchanged today. The continued dry pattern through early next week will allow dryness in western wheat areas to continue to expand, and stress will build further. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged today, and is still w
et in central and southern areas. This will begin to replenish moisture for wheat.
-Brazil is wetter in southern areas in the 6-10 day period. Drier weather in central areas through early next week will allow wetness there to ease a bit. Frost threats will continue to ease as temperatures moderate. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in southern areas.
-No changes for Europe. Rains should continue to ease dryness across central and northern France, northern and western Germany, and U.K. However, dryness will build further in Italy, southeastern Germany, and Hungary, and will begin to develop in Romania, Bulgaria, and Former Yugoslavia.
-No changes for FSU. Some dryness will continue in central Ukraine and northwestern North Caucasus, but showers should improve moisture a bit in Volga Valley.
-No changes for China. Scattered showers in south central North China Plain through next week will improve moisture a bit for corn and soybeans, but continued active rains in northeastern North China Plain will maintain some wetness concerns.
-No changes for Australia. Rains in Western Australia over the next few days will continue to ease dryness and improve moisture for wheat. However, dryness will increase again in Queensland and far northern New South Wales.
-No changes for India. Rains will remain active across central and northern areas which will maintain favorable crop conditions. Some spotty dryness will continue in southern groundnut areas, but will affect only about 10% of the crop.
