-No changes for Europe. Rains this week should ease dryness a bit in southern and eastern France, Germany, and Czech Republic, but dryness will build further in northern Italy, Hungary, and Romania.
-No changes for FSU. Rains this past weekend eased dryness in northeastern Ukraine, Volga Valley, and North Caucasus. However, dryness is building again in south central and western Ukraine.
-No changes for China. Rains will maintain abundant moisture in northern North China Plain and Northeast China, but some dryness will persist across south central North China Plain and southern Yangtze Valley.
-No changes for Australia. Continued drier weather in Queensland and northern New South Wales will allow dryness there to build further. Rains in Western Australia this week will further improve moisture there.
-India is wetter in southern areas this week. Rains remain active across central and northern areas which will maintain favorable crop conditions. Some spotty dryness continues in southern groundnut areas, but a few showers should return there this week.
