Midwest is drier Wednesday. Rains continue to build moisture across western areas, and should further improve moisture in central areas this week. However, the rains will be too late to improve conditions for corn and soybeans. The 6-10 day period is drier in central and southwestern areas. Temperatures are warmer in northwestern areas. The 11-15 day period is wetter in western and east central areas. Temperatures are warmer in central areas.

-Plains are wetter Tuesday, and drier Thursday. Rains in southern and eastern areas will further improve moisture which will benefit winter wheat germination. More limited rains in western areas will allow wetness there to ease a bit. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in south central areas. Temperatures are unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in west central and southern areas. Temperatures are warmer in southeastern areas.
-Northern Plains/Prairies are wetter in the northern Prairies in the 6-10 day period. Showers in the northern Plains and southern Prairies this week will slow spring wheat harvesting a bit. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter across the northern Prairies. Temperatures are warmer in the northern Plains. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter across the Prairies. Temperatures are unchanged.
-Delta is drier in northern areas in the 6-10 day period. Drier weather through mid week will favor corn drydown and harvesting. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in northern areas. Temperatures are unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in southern areas. Temperatures are warmer in central and southern areas.
-No changes for Argentina. Rains in northeastern areas have improved moisture a bit for wheat, but dryness continues in western areas. Also, cool temperatures are slowing crop growth a bit. The 6-10 day is unchanged.
-Brazil is drier in north central areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains should build across central and northern areas this week, which will improve moisture ahead of corn and soybean planting. The rains will, however, slow winter wheat harvesting. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in north central areas.
-No changes for Europe. Rains will continue to improve moisture across north central and eastern areas, which will benefit winter wheat and rapeseed establishment this fall. However, some wetness will build in southern and western Germany and northeastern France.
-No changes for FSU. Rains have eased dryness across most winter wheat areas, although the rains are resulting some wetness as well as harvest delays for corn and sunflowers.
-No changes for China. Drier weather in Yangtze Valley and North China Plain is favoring corn and soybean drydown and early harvesting. Moisture will remain sufficient for late corn and soybean growth across Northeast China.
-No changes for Australia. Rains in New South Wales are improving moisture a bit for wheat, but drier weather later this week and next week will allow moisture to decline again. Dryness will also continue in Queensland and western South Australia.
-No changes for India. Rains are improving moisture across south central and southwestern areas, but dryness will continue in far western areas. Crop growth will be finishing up there soon, though.
