-No changes for FSU. A few showers in west central Ukraine yesterday improved moisture slightly, but dryness will continue to build in southern and far western Ukraine. Meanwhile, wetness is easing in north central Kazakhstan and eastern Volga Valley.
-No changes for China. Rains will improve moisture a bit in far southern Yangtze Valley, but dryness and heat will continue in eastern Yangtze Valley and southern North China Plain. Typhoon Utor will bring heavy rains to South China over the next few days.

Light showers in northeastern New South Wales and far southeastern Queensland on Saturday will improve moisture slightly, but dryness will continue in central Queensland and north central New South Wales. Some spotty dryness will continue in northern belt areas of Western Australia as well.
-No changes for India. Rains in southern areas continue to ease remaining spotty dryness on groundnuts. Moisture should remain abundant in central and northern soybean areas.
