However, some dryness will linger in southeastern IA and west central IL. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in southern areas. Temperatures are cooler across most areas. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in southwestern areas. Temperatures are unchanged.

-Plains are wetter today and Thursday. Active rains across central areas will continue to improve moisture and ease drought. The 6-10 day outlook is cooler in north central areas. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in west central areas. Temperatures are unchanged.
-Northern Plains/Prairies are drier Thursday. Showers across the northwestern Prairies this past weekend eased dryness there, but more rains would be helpful in the west central Prairies and northern Plains. The 6-10 day outlook is cooler in all areas. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in the western Prairies. Temperatures are unchanged.
-Delta is slightly wetter Friday. Rains in northeastern areas this week will continue to improve moisture for corn and soybeans, but some dryness will linger in central areas. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in southern areas. Temperatures are slightly warmer in southern areas.
-Argentina is drier in western and southern areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains this week should improve moisture for wheat across northern Buenos Aires, southern Santa Fe, and southeastern Cordoba. However, dryness will continue to rebuild across northern Cordoba, northern Santa Fe, and Entre Rios. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in western and southern areas.
-Brazil is wetter in southern areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains in southern areas this week will further improve moisture for wheat, while drier weather in central areas allows wetness there to ease further. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in southern areas.
-No changes for Europe. Rains have eased dryness across France and northwestern Germany, but dryness continues to build across northern Italy, southeastern Germany, Hungary, Former Yugoslavia, and Slovak Republic.
-No changes for FSU. Rains this week will improve moisture a bit in northern North Caucasus, Volga Valley, and northwestern Kazakhstan, but some dryness will linger in central Ukraine.
-No changes for China. Scattered showers in south central North China Plain this week will improve moisture a bit for corn and soybeans, but continued active rains in northeastern North China Plain will maintain some wetness concerns.
-No changes for Australia. Rains in Western Australia this past weekend continued to ease dryness and stress on wheat, but dryness is building back across Queensland and northern New South Wales.
-No changes for India. Rains will remain active across central and northern areas which will maintain favorable crop conditions. Some spotty dryness will continue in southern groundnut areas, but will affect only about 10% of the crop.
