However, rains in IA and SD this weekend will likely be too light to significantly improve moisture and crop conditions. The 6-10 day outlook is cooler in all areas. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in northwestern areas. Temperatures are cooler in western areas.

The 6-10 day outlook is drier in far western areas. Temperatures are cooler in eastern areas. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in north central areas. Temperatures are cooler in southeastern areas.
-Northern Plains/Prairies are wetter Saturday. Rains in the northeastern Plains and east central Prairies will slow spring wheat harvesting a bit. Harvesting should progress well in the northwestern Plains and southwestern Prairies. The 6-10 day outlook is cooler in the northeastern Plains and eastern Prairies. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in the northeastern Plains. Temperatures are cooler in the northeastern Plains and eastern Prairies.
-Delta is cooler in the 6-10 day period. Drier weather through the weekend will favor corn drydown in central and southern areas. The 6-10 day outlook is cooler in northeastern areas. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in east central areas. Temperatures are cooler in northern areas.
-Argentina is wetter in southeastern areas in the 6-10 day period. Dry conditions should continue through the weekend, which will maintain low moisture supplies for wheat. Temperatures should also warm late week and over the weekend, which will allow wheat growth to accelerate a bit. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in southeastern areas.
-No changes for Brazil. Rains in southern areas recently improved moisture, but also resulted in some wetness. Limited rains through the weekend should allow wetness to ease. Frost is now occurring across northern Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged.
-No changes for Europe. Rains will continue to improve moisture across Hungary, Romania, Former Yugoslavia, and southeastern Spain which will benefit winter wheat planting next month. The rains will slow corn and sunflower harvesting, though.
-FSU is wetter in Ukraine next week. Showers across Ukraine, southern Central Region, and southern Belarus through next week will further improve moisture ahead of winter wheat planting.
-No changes for China. Rains through the weekend should further improve moisture in southwestern Yangtze Valley as well as central and southern portions of Northeast China. This will favor late growth of corn and soybeans.
-No changes for Australia. Rains yesterday further improved moisture in northern wheat areas of Western Australia. However, dryness will continue across western wheat areas of South Australia, northern New South Wales, and Queensland.
-No changes for India. Rains will maintain moisture for soybeans in central and northeastern areas. However, the downturn in rains in western soybean and groundnut areas will allow moisture there to decline.
