However, some wetness will be likely in northwestern Kansas and eastern Colorado. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in west central areas. Temperatures are unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in north central areas. Temperatures are cooler in northwestern areas.
-Northern Plains/Prairies are wetter Saturday. Showers in the eastern Plains Saturday, and Prairies Tuesday, should result in only minor harvest delays for spring wheat. The 6-10 day outlook is drier across the Prairies. Temperatures are unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in the northeastern Plains. Temperatures are cooler in the northwestern Plains.
-Delta is wetter across all areas in the 6-10 day period. Drier weather through early next week will favor corn drydown. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter across most areas. Temperatures are unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is wetter in southeastern areas. Temperatures are unchanged.
-Argentina is drier in southeastern areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains in northeastern areas will further improve moisture for wheat. However, dryness will persist in northwestern areas. Also, colder temperatures will result in some stress as the region has recently been quite warm. The 6-10 day is drier in southeastern areas.
-Brazil is wetter in east central areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains should return to west central areas early next week, which should improve moisture especially in Mato Grosso do Sul and Parana. However, dryness will continue in northern areas. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in east central areas.
-No changes for Europe. Rains will continue to improve moisture across north central and eastern areas, which will benefit winter wheat and rapeseed establishment this fall. However, the rains will slow corn and sunflower harvesting in eastern areas.
-No changes for FSU. Rains will further improve moisture in west central and southwestern Ukraine, but dryness will linger in southeastern Ukraine. Also, some wetness may develop in west central Ukraine.
-No changes for China. Drier weather in Yangtze Valley and southern North China Plain will favor corn and soybean drydown and early harvesting. Moisture will remain sufficient for late corn and soybean growth across Northeast China.
-No changes for Australia. Rains in New South Wales this weekend and early next week should improve moisture for winter wheat. However, dryness will continue across much of Queensland and western South Australia.
-No changes for India. Rains should improve moisture a bit in southwestern crop areas, but some dryness will persist in far west central areas.
