Rains in northwestern IA, eastern NE, southern MN, and central WI this weekend will improve moisture a bit, but some dryness will continue in eastern IA, northern MO, and western IL. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in central and northern areas. Temperatures are slightly warmer in northwestern areas. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in west central areas. Temperatures are warmer in northwestern areas.

-Northern Plains/Prairies are slightly wetter in the Plains today. Limited rains in the central Prairies and northwestern Plains will lower moisture, but will now benefit spring wheat as it reaches maturity. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in the northern Plains. Temperatures are warmer in the Prairies. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in the northern Plains and southwestern Prairies. Temperatures are warmer in the eastern Plains.

-Delta is wetter in southern areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains in northern and eastern areas will continue to improve moisture for corn and soybeans. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in northern areas. Temperatures are unchanged.
-No changes for Argentina. Dryness will continue to maintain stress on wheat in western and northern belt areas. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged today.
-No changes for Brazil. Rains in Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina will further improve moisture for wheat. Meanwhile, continued drier weather in northern areas will allow dryness to build further there. Some spotty frost will be possible in south central areas around the middle of next week, which may result in some limited damage to heading wheat. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged today.
-No changes for Europe. Rains should ease dryness and stress on corn and sunflowers in Czech-Slovak Republics and Poland, but dryness will persist in northern Italy, Former Yugoslavia, and Hungary.
-No changes for FSU. More limited rains in central Kazakhstan will allow wetness there to ease a bit. However, dryness will build further in central and western Ukraine.
-No changes for China. Rains will maintain abundant moisture in northern North China Plain and Northeast China, but heat and dryness will continue to stress crops in southeastern North China Plain, and central and eastern Yangtze Valley.
-No changes for Australia. Continued drier weather in Queensland and northern New South Wales will allow dryness there to build further. Rains in Western Australia have significantly improved moisture there, although a few additional rains would be helpful in northern belt areas in Western Australia.
-No changes for India. Rains in southern areas should ease spotty dryness there on groundnuts. Moisture should remain abundant in central and northern soybean areas.
