Morning Headlines:
-Midwest is drier in western areas in the 6-10 day period. Rains tomorrow through the weekend will further improve soil moisture levels for wheat. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in western areas. Temperatures are unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in drier in southeastern areas. Temperatures are slightly warmer.
-No changes for the Plains. Rains tomorrow through Saturday will ease some of the remaining dryness in eastern Kansas and north central Oklahoma. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in southwestern areas. Temperatures are slightly warmer. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in eastern areas. Temperatures are slightly warmer.
-Florida is wetter in the 6-10 day period. Dry weather through the weekend will favor harvesting. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter. Temperatures are warmer. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in northern areas. Temperatures are unchanged.
-No changes for the Delta. Rains in northern and central areas Friday through Sunday will maintain adequate moisture for wheat establishment. The 6-10 day outlook is unchanged. The 11-15 day outlook is drier in southern areas. Temperatures are slightly warmer.
-No changes for Argentina. Widespread rains tomorrow and Friday will further improve soil moisture for corn and soybean growth. The 6-10 day outlook is wetter in southern areas.
-Brazil is wetter in southern Mato Grosso this weekend. Widespread rains through the weekend should lead to further improvements in soil moisture across northern areas, but additional rainfall will still be needed. Rains will maintain wetness concerns in Parana. The 6-10 day outlook is drier in southern Brazil.
-No changes for Europe. Showers in France over the next several days will lead to minor improvements in soil moisture. Colder weather in central and western Europe will push crops towards dormancy, but warmer weather will return next week.
-No changes for FSU. Showers this week will lead to further improvements in soil moisture across southern and eastern Ukraine. Recent warm weather has melted much of the snow pack in southwestern Russia, but snow cover will increase in Volga Valley tomorrow.
-No changes for China. Snow cover and cold temperatures in North China Plain has pushed wheat into dormancy. Showers in western Yangtze Valley this weekend may ease dryness slightly.
-South Africa is wetter in central areas on Saturday. Mostly dry weather over the next few days will allow dryness concerns to increase across the corn belt again. Light showers this weekend and again in the 6-10 day period may lead to minor improvements, however.
-No changes for Australia. Mostly dry weather through the weekend will favor wheat drydown and harvesting.
