Florida put in 10K new cases and 171 new deaths.
There is light at the beginning of the tunnel despite record deaths for the state. The new case count has been below our over/under line which for today was 13,965 with 10,249 new cases reported. That continues to bend the daily count to the downside.
Based on last week’s numbers on Monday we were calling for 200 new deaths on Thursdays, we modified that last night to around 170 based on the slowing pace. The slowing pace is step one, declining counts should be next.
Our numbers for the rest of the watched states are below:
|Florida||10,181 / 9,785||112 / 140||13,965 / 10,249||156 / 170|
|Texas||7,307 / 9,879||110 / 197||10,291||129|
|California||11,126 / 12,807||140 / 115||8,544||118|
|New York||831 / 705||9 / 10||769||11|
