This morning, the S&P 500 Index e-mini futures (ES-U3) are trading higher by 8.00 points to 1661.00 per contract. Most investors were eagerly awaiting the U.S. non-farm payroll report today which stated that the U.S. added 169,000 jobs. Most economists were expecting a gain of 180,000 new jobs so the reported number was a miss. Most traders and investors now believe that there will no longer be a September tapering by Federal Reserve.
