Detectives are investigating after police found a man dead early Wednesday morning in the front yard of a Northeast Albuquerque home.
Albuquerque police spokesman Tanner Tixier said officers responded sometime before 2 a.m. to the 7700 block of Prospect NE, near Menaul and Pennsylvania, after someone reported a man face down in a yard.
“Upon officers arrival they located a male subject who was deceased and appeared to have suffered an unknown type of trauma,” Tixier said. “There is no suspect information to release at this time and the victim has yet to be identified.”
He gave no other details.
