Our portfolio company Volt Resources’ (ASX:VRC) CEO Prashant Chintawar joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has hit another milestone signing a binding offtake agreement with Graphex Group.
The deal will see the sale of 10,000 tonnes of fine flake graphite product per year from the Bunyu Graphite Project for 5 years.

Across Markets…
The sharemarket finished 0.8 per cent higher on Tuesday with the big banks doing some of the heavy lifting as the financials sector finished 1.2 per cent higher. Macquarie added 3.3 per cent as nerves eased about the health of global banks.
Incitec Pivot firmed 3.8 per cent as it revealed a $2.5 billion deal to sell its ammonia plant in the US. While the energy and materials sector also rebounded to offset some heavy recent falls.
Elsewhere, New Hope Coal surged 8.6 per cent after its profit report and dividends topped expectations.
At the close US futures pointed slightly higher, with Euro Stoxx 50 futures up 0.5 per cent.
ANZ Bank’s research team says the minutes from the March RBA meeting suggest that the board is considering a pause in the rate rise cycle to assess the impact of the increase in rates to date.
Andrew Forrest has launched a $760 million takeover bid for Mincor Resources, a nickel producer that is a key supplier to BHP.
The offer, via Forrest’s privately owned Wyloo Metals, is pitched at $1.40 a share – a 35 per cent premium on Mincor’s closing price on Monday.

Clinical stage cell therapy company Chimeric Therapeutics (ASX: CHM) has revealed a positive pre-investigational new drug meeting with the US Food and Drug Administration in the lead up to a phase 1A study of its CAR-T therapy CHM 2101 in treating gastrointestinal and neuroendocrine tumours.
The pre-IND meeting aimed to facilitate regulatory communication and guidance from the FDA through the actual IND submission process for CHM 2101.
Feedback from the pre-IND meeting supported Chimeric’s planned phase 1 trial and technical operations strategy.
The FDA’s responses provided a clear path to an IND submission for CHM 2101.
“The positive feedback we received from the FDA was encouraging and aligns clearly with our development plan for CHM 2101,” Chimeric chief executive officer and managing director Jennifer Chow said.
