Today, the Lottery Corp (ASX:TLC) will be hitting the ASX boards.
Tabcorp Holdings (ASX:TAH) is demerging its Lotteries and Keno business into The Lottery Corporation, which raked in massive EBITDA of $611m in FY21.
The lottery operator and provider of Keno products has operations in all Aussie states and territories except for WA, and distribution through retail outlets, Keno venues, and online.
TAH shareholders will receive one TLC share for each Tabcorp share held at the record date on 25 May 2022.

Australian shares are set to open higher, bolstered by a bank-led rally in New York which took the Dow Jones more than 600 points higher to start its week.
ASX futures were up 15 points or 0.2 per cent to 7168 near 6.15am AEST.

The yield on the US 10-year note was 9 basis points higher to 2.87 per cent at 4.28pm in New York.

Blue Star is moving to rapidly follow up on the multiple helium discoveries made by exploratory water wells at the Galactica/Pegasus and Voyager prospect in Colorado.
The company’s first four well locations, which will appraise and develop on the discoveries that intersected gas with up to 3.14% helium concentrations in the primary target Lyons formation, are set for approval hearing on 19 July.
Once these are approved, Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL) will lodge the final permits to drill the four wells.
It is not just the Galactica/Pegasus wells on the agenda for Blue Star, which has also submitted locations for the first two helium well locations at the Voyager project where an exploratory water well intersected a 134ft gas column with 8.8% helium concentration.
Another three locations will be submitted in the next few weeks at Voyager.
