The Overnight Ramp took the S&P Futures (ES) to a session high/new all time high of 1726.75, and then sold off from their into the cash open. Once the market opened, PIMCO’s Bill Gross came out saying that the Taper is now gonna be announced at that December meeting. ES dropped from their, and so far has been a chopfest, briefly going red. Existing Home Sales and the Philly Fed both beat expectations. Bond yields are actually rising again, with the 10Year touching a high of 2.743%. Currently ES is up 1.20 handles at 1719 even, with 842K minis traded (Low vol). Expect a pullback from here, most likely after tomorrow’s quad witch.
