Sometimes it’s hard to see through the forest but just think, if the S&P 500 futures (ESZ20:CME) is trading 3570 and the economy is growing with a vaccine being distributed, who is to say that the S&P 500 can’t trade up to 4600 or higher by the end of 2022? I know there is a lot of downside risk but @MrTopStep remains bullish on buying the pullbacks. I think any 10% drop would be a good buying opportunity and 20% would be even better. Despite some short term rate rising we live in a world of ‘no place to go but stocks’. As the U.S. gets a handle on COVID19, stocks are going to go a lot higher than ES 4600.
