Yesterday's Recap: Good morning. Today is SERIES S1H Normal with the spill odds down.
I trust most traders had a good day yesterday. I never know how much your inner mental world controls your outer physical world.
That is until yesterday. What I thought was gonging to start out as my third most painful day of my life. Got upgraded to the second. Heven knows what happened to third. I learn alot yesterday. I learned how precious it is to live in no pain and how unbelievably is it to live in pain.
I'll have to have more empty for others that's for Damm sure! I say that because pain is a non physical/non local, you can not see pain. You can only see the effects of pain. Same as time. You can only see it's effects on yourself and others. Pain will take away your ability to think conscious thought. It will remove your from your, calm, peace, and center. And your ability to move a mouse!
Yesterday traded the way most traders though, sell off then get a bid. I'll leave it at that.
Still have a little pain, perhaps tomorrow we'll be right as rain!
PROSE and THE NUMBAHS

Today's News: No news of note. All times EST.
Cycle Bias / Tone: Is it going to be onward and upward? It the Trump trade still on? Is it buy the rumor sell the news? Yes I said that last week, let's see what today has to offer for the bulls and bears. My lean is still bullish.
Honing (turns): Spill up, AM LOW, (NO MID AM), lunch high, mid pm low, LAST HOUR HIGH.

The clock is used to time your entries and exits. Position long at the lows, exit at the highs, get short at the highs, and buy-in at the lows. When the trend is in, WB's clock is your friend!
Your edge is a series of trades, not just one trade or one day.
