From yesterday: Good morning. Today is SERIES S3L with the spill up.

I'm going to do something a little different. This is a conversation I had with a trader today.

IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(8:41:42 AM) : Good morning. Today is SERIES S3L with the spill up.
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(8:51:51 AM) : Floor trader pivit R1 5968.25 holding bulls in check for now

IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(10:16:40 AM) : potential seal of the AM LOW; window still open

IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:16:06 AM) : AM LOW seal center time at 10:30 AM; window closed; Looking for MID AM HIGH
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:34:23 AM) : 24 of DOW stocks are up and holding
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:35:24 AM) : ADV/DEC 2177 / 578
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:36:02 AM) : potential seal of AM HIGH: window still open
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:36:52 AM) : from 2:00 PM to 2:57 PM EST
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:37:17 AM) : you are welcome

Daphu: Wyckoff Trader :(11:40:03 AM) : to me it doesn't matter H or L; it;s telling me the strength of the bulls or the bears as opposed to what is exptected
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:40:14 AM) : yes I am S3L
Daphu: Wyckoff Trader :(11:41:12 AM) : I'm looking at the durration of the rallies compaiared to the previous rallies / reactions; the time and the distance
Daphu: Wyckoff Trader :(11:44:02 AM) : for instance from the AM LOW seal at 10:30 AM to the AM HIGH seal at 11:30 was 60 minutes; a normal strong rally will last 55 minutes; It's really fib numbers; WB and I talked about it all the time; MAN I MISS THAT GUY!!!
Daphu: Wyckoff Trader :(11:55:19 AM) : Well the next window after this one is closed is going to the the lunch low. The lunch window SLOG is 12:00 PM to 1:57 PM with center time 12:30 PM or 1:30 PM. We had a strong run up AM LOW up to MID AM HIGH 60 minutes; it's just the reaction from the AM HIGH ; Ideal we don't want to give up more then half and with a slow drift down.; Once the lunch low seals then our expection is the mid pm high;
Daphu: Wyckoff Trader :(11:55:45 AM) : so yes a dip into the lunch low
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(11:59:17 AM) : MID AM HIGH window closed; next window lunch low
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(12:57:20 PM) : Thanks Hank; I finally understood that!
Daphu: Wyckoff Trader :(1:42:09 PM) : IF I may; notice from the spill up seal (open) to the AM LOW (10:30 AM) was 60 minutes; inside that is the last push down and Super Dave might say; that would be from 10:15 AM down to 10:30 AM (15 minutes) More importanly notice how much they gave up NOW from the AM HIGH to the lunch low seal was 30 mintues; notice how little they gave up. Held the 1/3 retracement from the AM LOW. IT could have come as no surprize that durring the SLOG Price was going to grind up. The strength of the bulls was already confirmed. Now notice from the lunch low up to the mid pm high; we are really just looking at the price extent; the points gained compaired to the previous rally. Now the mid pm high could be a hook. It's shooting elephants with needles because those are minor turns. We are looking at major turns. each odds number turn should be higher than the previous odd numbered turns. That's why WB used to use numbers only. Our only focus is actually the LAST HOUR LOW (major in ALL CAPS) as it relates to the MID AM HIGH.; even odd; even odd; is each group (even or odd) higher or lower than it's previous. That's why WB said; "need a surgons scaple to trade it"

IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(1:43:27 PM) : you got to love it; suckering in everbody…
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(1:58:59 PM) : lunch SLOG widow closed; next window mid pm (pick your side)
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(2:09:44 PM) : WB' might be talking about giving away some free lobotomy's about now…

IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(2:39:13 PM) : Hank I get I thanks so much for sharring; makes perfect sense to me!!!
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(2:40:04 PM) : IMPRO: HL Camp :(2:32:33 PM) : ✖ HLCamp 13:32:18 Translation: a LOT of the time MSCO and SBSH (being very smug about it) will try to front run Merrill and BOFA and mark up the prices on them. And a LOT of the time that is the high of the afternoon. It's a yellow day
IMPRO: Wyckoff Trader :(3:09:11 PM) : they look to be selling big blocks up here

I realize there is a lot there but that's how you Useted to have to figure out WB

Let's break this down:

S3L 6. Honing (turns): Spill up, AM LOW, AM HIGH, lunch low, mid pm high, LAST HOUR LOW.

DO you see it AM HIGH. It is the high of day. Usually orders are coming in and being run up to make it the HIGH OF DAY (mid am high)

WB's clock is a framework that allows you to put market expectations in real time that will determine the strength of the bulls or the bears. The expectation you place on the market are not your own expectations but expectations of previous market waves/moves as to how the current wave window compares to the same previous window / wave.

Once you understand that, then it will help you with your timing or you could just go long at the AM LOW with the expectation of riding it out to the MID AM HIGH or the lunch high (depending upon the cycle day).

PROSE and THE NUMBAHS

Good morning. Today is SERIES S4H with the spill down.

1. Last Night: After a strong close price as the ASAIN secession bandied about in a tight 20 handle range between 5980 and 5960 handle. Then the PEONS took it to the 40 handle and now, it's back up. It looks like a repeat of yesterday.

2. Large Size Activity: Currently seeing no large size activity.

3. 7:00 AM / Premarket: Has driven price back up into the 66 handle where some supply was seen yesterday. No volitivity like yesterdays open.

4. Todays News: PMI Composite Flash at 9:45, Consumer Sentiment at 10:00, Treasury Buyback Announcement (Preliminary) at 11:00, Baker Hughes Rig Count at 1:00. All times EST.

5. Cycle Bias / Tone: Dog leg from the lunch high to the mid pm low. Three Doors: Normal, Wedge Zoom, Link Stink. MY lean is on the NORMAL but then it always is. A NORMAL is just a series of higher highs and higher lows. I would expect price to hold yesterday's lunch low. A drop below yesterday AM LOW would negate that.

Most traders they tried to short price at yesterdays high, just found themselves in a grind or just took a flat. If price doesn't take out yesterday's high then you could open the door to a Wedge Zoom. A Wedge Zoom is a drift down to the MID AM LOW and Zoom back up to the lunch high or a drift down to the mid pm low and a Zoom back to the LAST HOUR HIGH. Either way I expect the lunch low to hold (12:10 pm from yesterday which also looks to be the GLOBEX LOW)

This would also be called a "Debbie Day" a favorite of WB as she was a nurse and only traded on Friday's that alighted up with S4H day.

6. Honing (turns): Spill down, AM HIGH, MID AM LOW, lunch high, mid pm low, LAST HOUR HIGH.

7. Previous Day's Numbers:

Open 5967.75
Hod 15:13 5985.00
Lod 10:31 5907.25
Settle 5969.75

The clock is used to time your entries and exits. Position long at the lows, exit at the highs, get short at the highs, and buy-in at the lows. When the trend is in, WB's clock is your friend!

Your edge is a series of trades, not just one trade or one day.
