Mutual Funds taking some profits in front of S&P futures 2100

Tomorrow we have MBA Purchase Applications, Housing Starts, PPI-FD, Redbook, Industrial Production, FOMC Minutes, and earnings from The Priceline Group Inc. (PCLN), Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) and Marathon Oil Corporation (MRO) Running out of names to report!!!

OK, we have chosen Feb 28th for the MrTopStep “Unplugged” webinar. I am going to go over futures buy and sell imbalances, how zero rates continue to help fuel the markets high. I will also talk about “following the money” and bring on Marlin Cobb to talk about the MiM.

Steak of 10 straight days of buy imbalances ended today.

The last of the retailers are reporting this week; Wal-Mart tomorrow and Nordstrom on Thursday. Earnings season is cooked!!!

As of todays close the S&P up 8 out of the first 11 days of Feb or up 5 out of the last 6 or up 5 in a row.

Greeks still being hard to nail down.
